Looking for NPC portraits

As a futur dm for the campaign, with not an excessive amount of time to prepare paper things, I'm looking for a base of portraits of the NPCs (like from the beginning, even the aubergist form Mas Suret).

Does an ancien DM of this campaign would like to share something like that ?
