Hi i factory reset meta quest 2 but my controllers are broken, is there a way to bypass the initial set up screen?

Controllers are broken and I factory reset. I usually use a mouse but it doesn't allow me to bypass the initial set up screen. I've tried a few tricks I found online such as using the app to bypass it but maybe I'm doing it wrong. Is there any reccomended trick I can use to bypass it? I don't mind using the mouse since I mainly use it for shows/movies.

Maybe I will buy controllers and return them but I guess well see what happens.
