So... is Meta simply ignoring the controller battery drain issues...?
For months now, every time I turn on my Quest 3, the batteries on both controllers are completely dead. If I put my Quest 3 away for more than 2 or 3 days, it's basically a given that both controller batteries will be dead.
I see lots of threads about this issue both here and on Meta's official support forum.
Have they simply been ignoring this issue for over a year...? This is incredibly wasteful and what's worse, the only possible workaround (constantly removing the batteries after each session) will introduce a lot of stress to some of the controller's moving parts.
This has only started happening as of the last 2 or 3 months.
What gives, Meta?
