Meta Quest 3 controllers not working

I bought a Meta Quest 3 last month, and today I'm facing two problems. Both of my thumbsticks aren't responding, and the triggers on both controllers have stopped working as well. I'm really concerned because I'm in India, and I doubt I'll be able to get a replacement or warranty. What can I do?
