Samsung G60SD is capped to 400nits because of freesync pro

For those who have an amd gpu, they certainly know what I'm talking about and the problem seems to be on other models too, for those who don't, freesync premium pro is a certification given by amd, which has HDR managed by the GPU and not by the screen, the explanation here( https://gpuopen.com/learn/using-amd-freesync-2-hdr-tone-mapping/ ) and this techno locks windows and hardware to the peak nits that edid sends back to it, so here 400, because peak1000 doesn't engage. here another person complains about it on the amd forum ( https://community.amd.com/t5/pc-drivers-software/freesyncpremium-pro-capped-to-400-nits-on-hdr-oled-displays/td-p/606494 )

Amd and samsung don't give a damn about our problems, they issue bogus certifications that they're not even capable of managing properly. it's a disgrace, I've written to amd and samsung and of course, no reply.

monitorunboxed has also testified to the problem with the amd gpu on the g8 model, but present on the g60sd as well and surely many other monitors with this certification of misfortune. https://youtu.be/RmDmJ_1SudA?si=QeMb4oqbZWeE0G_y&t=1065

and if that wasn't the only problem, eotf isn't perfect on the peak1000 for those who can use it and nearblack isn't good at all on my monitor.. requires +2 in shadow detail on the g60sd or we can't see anything in low brightnes details.
