I'm 23, been a picker for 3 years. Today is my Friday and I have a pulled muscle in my back, my bum knee is acting up, all of my muscles are on fire (especially my legs and arms), my foot hurts from pushing off, I'm covered in bruises, I have a headache and I'm dizzy. I honestly feel like my body is being ripped apart by this job. Even just walking back from break everything burns or aches and its only 7am. And yes I took Ibuprofen this morning!!
