what software are WFH compositors using to remoting into studio workstations?

Hey guys, as the title states im looking for a WFH solution, currently tried Splashtop and Jump Desktop which are limited to 4K 17Hz 8 bit and single monitor support, what are you guys using to remote in? there has to be something out there that has full 10 bit support that doesnt knee cap artists by compressing the shit out of the image or throttling performance with delay and resolution caps...
