Male libido, load size, erection quality, orgasm quality, and refractory period
Slowly settling on the most recommended supplements for these things.
General libido: - Zinc - Catuaba - Muira Puama
Load size (r/cumbiggerloads already has this figured out): - L-Citrulline - Lecithin - Zinc
Erection quality: - L-Citrulline - Horny goat weed?
Orgasm quality (this is the most difficult one. Very few people seem to have really tried to figure it out. What I mean is intensity of feeling — the opposite of a dull orgasm. Muscle spasms and contractions, eh. Whatever, the feeling itself is where it’s at) - Swedish Flower Pollen - L-Histidine - L-Tyrosine - Mucuna Pruriens
Refractory Period - B6 P5P - Vitamin E - Zinc - Damiana - Ginkgo Biloba - Mucuna Pruriens - L-Tyrosine
Hardest nut to crack is orgasm quality, closely followed by refractory period. P5P does work, in the same way as (I assume) something like Cabergoline does. Hard to get rid of it entirely though.
I’m taking the ones that I know work right now — L-Citrulline, Lecithin, Zinc, the load stack, and yes it does work. Trying a couple more to see what happens: L-Histidine, L-Tyrosine. A little wary of Mucuna Pruriens due to concerns with L-Dopa — thought L-Tyrosine would be a little safer. Worried about building up a tolerance to any of this stuff — looking for long term solutions, but one-offs are okay if they work, just to know it’s not long term.
