Newbie

Started Noom last week and I'm struggling, I'm a mum of 3 young boys (eldest is 7), 2 of whom are on the autistic spectrum and fussy about food and working full time.

While I'll have fruit or salad with every meal, I'm only using have of my green budget and constantly going over on the red, my calourie budget is between around 1300 and 1700. Last night I gave up ad did take away pizza for tea which obviously blew my budget. I'm tired and fed up right now and more often than not hungry.

One of my big issues was binge eating and emotional eating, not sure if it's even worth continuing. Anyone similar who can convince me it's worth continuing?
