Anyone else get tingles when they feel treated really nice?

Once in a while if someone is really sincere to me I generally feel happy but somehow relaxed like I just listened to asmr and I got tingles on my head. It doesn't always happen. I think it's usually when someone is just super sweet and compliments me unexpectedly. I've never heard of anyone describing this experience themselves though. What do you guys think?
