Do penises have a mind of their own ?

So I read this https://www.tmz.com/2025/01/12/florida-man-arrested-sexual-contact-with-horse/ I am aware that the list of things ppl have tried to insert their penis into is probably endless by now. Question is, is there a break down between the brain and male sex organ? From corpses to nostrils, it’s sad but also begs the question, if it is a hole will it simply do?
