Orders cancelling

Has anyone had issues with orders cancelling and customer service being of no help whatsoever?

I’ve placed an order for the same product 4 times now and it has cancelled 3 times with the reason being “the item is sold out”, it clearly isn’t as I can go into the site and place an order for them again, which I have done for the 4th time.

When I contact customer service all I get is the same recycled lines from their script

“This won’t happen again” “If you place the order again it will ship” “it has been escalated to the team” “it’s an error on the system” Every excuse under the sun rather than actually doing something to help you get your order

None of them actually help at all from my experiences, anyone else the same as me or am I just somehow extremely unlucky
