Created my channel over a month ago...

I created my channel more than a month ago that reposts tiktoks and funny memes. I made sure to try not to post tiktoks of tiktokers who have youtube channels. I have not been getting any views, my most viewed video has 30 views, and I haven't gained a single sub besides my friends whom I told this about. Please dm me for link and show me what I'm doing wrong or not doing. Side note: I am not looking to spend money on promotion of any kind.
