Is this a bot coming into my livestreams?

Wasn't sure which flair to use for this question, so I hope this is okay.

So, I stream on YouTube and every so often I will get a person who comes into chat that says something like this. This is the message today. "after watching ZeplaHQz, MTQCapturez,Arthars, Savixz, Matsui Zukai, Asmongoldz, Sherwoodz, Jubcplodz FFXIV Youtubez videos. Youtubez recommended me your stream"

It's always a different username. Is this some sort of bot/spam? They never seem to say anything else other than that. If it is a bot, will it get me in trouble if they keep coming into my chat?
