The Elephant In The (NewTubers) Room

Is it just me or does it seem like a lot of people just post in this subreddit with the hopes that people will check out their channel? (And is that what I’m doing right now?? lol) I know there are people with good intentions (that actually want feedback and to improve), but so many of these posts titled “Why am I not getting subscribers” or “I’ve been posting weekly for years but no views”. And then you check out their channel and it’s like… well yeah, it looks like you put very little effort into your content. And then when people give them some feedback of how to improve, they don’t respond or discuss the new ideas. Kinda seems like a “I’m just going to put this right here…” type of move and then they leave fingers crossed hoping for the best. Idk maybe it’s just me.
