Ermmm should we have a routine?

My baby is 9 weeks next Wednesday. We have 0 routine. Have I missed some dire rule that she should be in a routine by now? 🫨🥴 I’ve just realised we might be terrible parents lol. Pls tell me if I should introduce a routine now or do babies figure that out themselves? Is she too young at 9 weeks? This is very clearly our first baby
