Ship Central Bug ETA? Anyone else facing this bug?
Our environment is in CHAOS right now. Has anyone else experienced this Ship Central Bug?
We are picking/packing/shipping orders through WMS and ShipCentral, but there's a bug where the shipment data does not update or get sent back to NetSuite. So shipping labels are getting generated and shipments are being picked up, but the item fulfilment in NS stays in "Picked". This leads to our Sales Channels not updating orders as fulfilled so our customers don't know their order has been shipped.
The WORST part, when someone calls in, we only see the order still in "Picked", so we don't know if it has shipped or not, and we can't give the customer a definitive answer!
Our account manager has simply said there is a defect number and it's been escalated to fix it. It has been 3 weeks now, and I cannot believe that such a severe bug would only affect our account.
So, is any one else experiencing this? Has your support contact given you any update?
