Unsure what I should do

Currently on my 1st prestige, aiming to prestige soon, and I saw a setup that needs 7560 time shards but I'm only going to get 3307 right now. I'm curious how would I even get that many, I'm trying to work towards cyclops right now.

My main questions is basically, what should I be focusing, also I have a level 4 saucer ATM in storage along with a ton of other stations
