Advice / Your Experience?

Hi everyone, I have been dealing with Nasal Polyps since around 21 years old and am now 37. I have avoided getting surgery done due to everything stating that they will come back. Just seems like a waste of money to pay my deductible and then they come back a few months to a year later. I am also at the point where I am tired of them and having post nasal drip etc. I really wanted to get out on Dupixent but most ENT’s always want to operate on you so they get more money. Have you had surgery and the polyps not come back? Mine are so bad that I can see them if I look up my nose in a mirror. Then ENT that I went to today suggested that I get the operation and get on Dupixent afterwards to control them. Any thoughts and experience in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
