Nasal Polyps

My husband has struggled with nasal polyps for 5 years now. When he went to his ENT they said the Polyps are very large. He can't ever taste or smell. He has thought about getting them removed but it seems pointless if they can grow back and also create (potential) damage to the nasal area. If anyone has healed theirs naturally, PLEASE give us any information you have. Thank you !!!
