Most effective treatment for nasal polyps
Hi everyone!
I have been suffering from nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis for about 6/7 years. A couple years ago I had sinus surgery - septoplasty, nasal polyp removal, turbinate reduction, and they cleared out a lot of mucus that was trapped due to not being able to drain properly. After surgery I saw a huge improvement in my breathing and sense of taste and smell was restored. I have been pretty diligent about my routine as far as taking allergy medicine, using flonase and saline rinses however I believe my polyps have unfortunately returned. I don't really want to do surgery again and was wondering if anyone had any feedback on things that have worked well for them. I've read a lot on dupixent and xchance as some solutions but don't know if I'm sold on either option. Any and all thoughts are welcome!
