Xywav & Weight Loss

Any suggestions for reducing nausea/increasing appetite while on Xywav? Been on Xywav for a year and have lost 23 lbs which I didn’t need to lose. Xywav has been the only medication that made me feel like a human again so I want to try and make it work.
