Eating is all.

So this is kind of a weird one.

I'm constantly napping and getting sleep attacks all day long and it's so annoying...

I feel like the only activity where these are lessened is eating haha.

So I am constantly eating something, I'm trying to be healthy so try to make my snacks fruits or nuts but I feel like I've also been more hungry than I used to be so my portions for meals are bigger.

Excercise doesn't help the tiredness but makes it worse. Since I've seen people mention that as a means to help the sleep attacks.

Just a bit annoyed with myself.
