Always secretly doing something

I think it's difficult to ever make relationship better or do some work on relationship with narcissist because they don't know how to live without cheating,lying or doing something that could potentially ruin relationship.

And if you tell them about some behavioural change or noticing some new insta likes,follows etc.,then you will be made the crazy one.

I have a bad habit being on the phone for too long. But strangely enough I have nobody else I talk to,not even close to that.

And narc will use phone less but you find them having secret profiles,reconnecting with people you know they chatted with and you pointed it out,and they have a knowledge of how to be extremely secretive with apps.

Another way you feel insane. I read reddit about narcs thats why im on my phone,while narc barely touches it but contacts random people secretly.

I need to get back my sanity and peace.
