How is a certain LI dispensary able to sell certain things cheaper than dispensaries in the boroughs?

I think everyone knows which dispo im talking about, refraining from using the name so I don’t seem like I’m promoting them or something, but I’ve always noticed that they have a) better stuff b) cheaper prices c) more options available in every budget possible They go from having $20 half gram carts and stuff whilst nasty ass ayrloom is usually the cheapest option in almost all the dispos in queens at least Even the flower seems better, pre rolls are fresher in my opinion too Is it a city legislation thing or are these dispos in Brooklyn and queens just taxing mfs
