23M Looking for apartment/roommates (~~$1300)

Looking for an apartment for an August 1st/September 1st move in. Open to any location but looking to keep my budget around $1300 so likely a Brooklyn neighborhood (not Bushwick) or UWS.

23M from Cle, currently works in finance but is looking to transition into tech.

Into sports, health, business, reading, any active hobby like hiking, running, basketball, etc... and especially trying new restaurants.

Very clean and organized individual, not a germaphobe, but definitely likes to keep the place neat. Early riser and early sleeper. Will go out for drinks occasionally, but very occasionally, and will likely rather stay in or just get dinner somewhere. Also not the type to bring the party home but tbh don't really care if you do or not, i's your place as well.

Looking for roommates who don't necessarily care to be "buddy-buddy" but would look at it as a plus. Would definitely like to be friends and enjoy talking/hanging, but don't need to be doing everything together and are cool with living our own lives.
