Salary differentials

I just got a message that my application has been rejected. The message stated to:

• Scan and upload an original student transcript to the application of 30 additional credits.

What is this mean? All my 181 credits are on the same transcript from the same university. Is this even possible to have a separate transcript for different number of courses. I am confused

Has anyone had a similar requirement? In the interpretation of the steps it was stated that 30 additional credits had to be earned after BA, they cannot be a part of your masters but can be from undergrad or grad courses.
