Building my first AR, need advice on Pin/Welding

As the title says, I'm building my first AR. Just waiting on the NICs check for the reciever to come through, but I'm trying to figure out the compliance work. I have a 16" Barrel chambered in .223 and a Dead Air muzzle break that needs to be something'd. Plus, I need to have the stock fixed. Any recommendations for where to go in North Jersey. RTSP is going to charge me $75 for the Pin and Weld, plus whatever it is for the stock. I figured that I would ask you guys where I should go for it.
