NFS Heat randomly 4 FPS

For NFS Heat I installed mods and it was running COMPLETLY fine for a while, but then rarely my game would drop to 4 fps and I have to close the game, then I would hear 3 quick beeps, (think it's from my motherboard). Then after some more time, every time I launch the game my FPS would be at 4, even in the main menu with the 3 quick beeps from the motherboard. It still happens after I disable mods and after I verify file integrity. All other games on my pc work fine, please help me.
