Why does this game run like trash on PC?

Been playing on Xbox with zero issues and my buddies have pcs so they wanted me to get it on there. My PC is not amazing by no means but playing Warzone, Tarkov, Hell Let Loose I get around 120fps. This game however takes 10 mins to load, is a stuttering mess and crashes all the time. Anyone have a fix for this game to run better?
