Why can’t I shoot all of a sudden..

I’ve played 200 games in pro am on my center. I’ve shot around 64% with a 76 three. Made a SG with 95 three and I’m shooting 10% now.. excellent timing, slightly fast no matter how slow I flick the stick up it’s slightly fast.. OR I’ll just randomly get a red, red even though my shot feels exactly the same every time.. I’m about to Gronk spike my controller through my hardwood floors.
