Coping with anxiety around coming anti trans laws

I do all the normal self care stuff one is expected to do like working out regularly, trying to eat healthy, trying to get 8 hours of sleep each night, seeing a therapist, taking mental health meds etc. I still have debilitating anxiety about these coming laws. I’m the only person I can rely on financially and I feel like I should be trying to save up money to leave.

Does anyone have any effective anti-anxiety tips?
