Suggestions for relieving wrist pressure?
Ever since I used a mouse I've felt that I'm putting to much pressure on my wrist, specifically on the Pisiform (which I think is the name of the bone that sticks out a bit, circled below):

My grip is relaxed claw, and I'm currently using a Basilisk V3 Pro. Of course when switching to a palm grip this isn't an issue as there's no wrist contact with the mouse pad, but I usually find palm grip to be uncomfortable and not intuitive (though I'm willing to learn it better if it'll save me from wrist pain in the future).
Are there any solutions for relieving this pressure? Flattening the angle of the wrist is restrictive and and unnatural for me, especially when the ergo shape naturally "directs" my hand into this leaning, angled position.
I also thought about a wrist rest, but I've yet to see anything about it on the sub.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated :)
Edit: I should clarify that I this isn’t exactly painful, more like a noticeable annoyance - though I’m aware that unattended it may become painful or lead to other problems.
