Mortgage sold again

This is more of a rant than anything,

But we’ve had our mortgage transferred on average once a year. This time, it is now the 8th of the month and this new servicer has yet to load our mortgage in. I have been trying to log in to pay for 8 days now and cannot because it isn’t there.

You’d think we as consumers should be allowed to charge THEM a late fee. If interest accrued daily instead of monthly I would be absolutely more livid.
