Mortgage broker pay 23

I was at rocket mortgage decided to leave due to the compensation package. Have a job offer for mortgage pros as a broker for 85bps per loan plus 40bps off team team volume.I wonder how the pay is with this market a little reluctant to jump back into lending at the moment
