I wish Tenyeminwe the best in whatever her quest is.
I recently saw a post about the most unoptimized character you could make and it gave me an itch to try something along those lines but maybe not quite so terrible.
I've never really gone the heavy armor route because it's heavy and I like the way Netch looks so I figured it was a great time to give it a go.

Decided that doing the lowest rank Mage's guild stuff was a good start. I get to the quest to escort Tenyeminwe and began to recall all of the times I've done this quest and how it always seemed so pointless.
She's afraid something might happen getting to the docks, nothing does, she gives you scrolls she was going to use if something did.
However
This time around we're nearing the dock and I hear her yell, "Hey, wait for me!" so I turn around to see what she might be stuck on.
She is stuck on nothing and sprinting for the sea to the west.
I'm wearing almost a full suit of heavy armor and an iron warhammer so with only 30 strength I have 3lbs to spare and there's no chance I can catch up with her. I tried but she got over a hill and I never saw her again.
I could reload but this character was supposed to be a challenge.
