This dude is well-rounded and capable EXP laner or jungler, but why people always mocked him for being useless?

I played 5 to 10 duo with my friend in Legend Ranked games to test if he is actually useless. But then I just lost 3 games out of 10 because of hard CC opponents (like Chou and Franco). And I finally found out that he's not that useless. Even Tanks like Tiger (I addresses Tigreal as Tiger) and Uranus doesn't have a chance.
