Villagers won't use beds and job blocks in a certain area [bedrock]

I have a wall surrounding my village and I have moved a lot of the villagers job blocks and beds to a different area that is still connected and am not sure why they won't sleep in those beds/use those job blocks. Any advice helps because I am super confused, I have even tried moving the village bell closer to that area and they still won't even go over there.
