What do I build in creative city (No Limits)

Every few months me and my friends make a Minecraft server and built a city, some stretch hundreds of blocks and at its peak one server went for a thousand, what should I build in the new one? I’ll do anything from an illegal gambling ring to Walter whites house, I already built hooters so it’s really downhill from here.
