How to gift Minecraft??

I tried to buy Minecraft for my nephew and niece. I wanted 2 keys for PC, so they can play together.

So I went to Minecraft.net and ordered the game as a present, put in my own email address, since I just want the key and print it out for a Christmas gift. It worked fine.

The second time I tried to order the game as a gift, I did the same. But now, I got an error.

I tried again, another error. This time, they even charged me the money, but I didn't get anything.

I guess it's because it's somehow connected to my Microsoft account and it shows that I already have this item purchased or something like that. No idea.

I contacted the support, but they just told me if there was an error and I got charged twice, I should just get the money back from PayPal.

I now have opened a case in PayPal to get my money back, but I still need another code for my niece.

Now, Is there a better way to get a code for the game than through their own website?
