I have a really cool redstone project, but I don't know if it is possible to do it in a server

So there is this giant redstone facility project I want to make, the part where it is purely redstone and machinary is possible, but the other part involves adding custom sounds like alarms and an prerecorded sound by an ai, for example, I turn the lockdown lever and the prerecorded sound says "Facility lockdown initiated". That would make things a lot cooler, problem is, I want to do this in a server, and from what I have seen, it needs someone to add those custom sounds in a folder in order to work, plus recourse packs or mods, plus command blocks, and I don't know if that is possible to do in an aternos server even if my friend allows me to do that.

So, is it possible to add custom sounds that are triggered by redstone in an aternos server, and if it is, how to do it?
