wont let me launch java

everytime I open Java it comes up with an error and it wont let me open Java, but it opens Bedrock just fine.also side note, it says the latest version is 1.19.2, if anyone can help me with this that would be a huge help.(I also brought Minecraft of Amazon if that is needed info)
