Fastest automatic way to get rid of items?

My Endermanfarm is overflowing with pearls, my current setup funnels hoppers into droppers which then dispense the pearls into lava. They back up pretty fast tho, are there any methods of getting rid faster that i just havent thought of? youtube doesnt give me answers.
