I have been looking for this guy; Finally found it at a Target! **Also, I want to add that while looking at the hotwheels bin at Walmart...I found quite a bit of trash and opened HotWheels packages and it's quite a let-down in humanity. I am not a collector, but every now and then I'll find one I think is neat and I'll buy it. But the WalMart employees were telling me how these "collectors" come in, dump the bins on the floor, get what they want (while being ass hats) and just making a mess. Leave it better than you found it! Have a good one y'all.
