Time to go against mainstream
Everyone’s losing their minds over an album, calling it ‘album of the year,’ and then you finally listen, and it’s like… mid at best. Maybe it’s me, maybe it’s the marketing, but damn, I’ve been burned too many times.
It’s “Periphery V: Djent is Not a Genre” for me. Except for “Zagreus”, every other song in this album is easily forgettable. I fw Periphery II-III, Omega and Alpha waaay heavier.
