Any band/ album recommendations based on my music taste?

I have recently been wanting to expand my taste in metal but I am not sure where to start. My favourite genres are Prog, thrash, sludge, and grunge. (I know grunge isn't metal but wanted to include it anyway). My favourite bands are Tool, mastodon, Alice in chains, gojira, metallica, megadeth, and pantera.

I also recently listened to absoloute elsewhere by Blood incantation and really enjoyed it so anything similar would also suit me. Thank you!
