Anyone know about the Morley Hum Eliminators?

I'm Looking to buy either their Humno or hum exterminator in order to eliminate the hum coming from my high gain amplifier setup however i don't know if this is the correct use for this nor if it will work. Both the Isolated power from my pedal board and my Triple Rectifier are connected to the same power conditioner, and my distortion pedals are fed through a noise gate loop.(and there is no pickup noise hum)

My Simple question here is Will the Hum eliminators work by eliminating the hum from the Amp? or will it not work because the source of the hum is from the pedals and not the amp itself?
