Salary

Hello everyone, if you don’t mind sharing what is your hourly pay as a medical assistant based on your state. I am a CMA in Texas and have 7 years of experience but I feel like it’s so hard to bargain with these companies. And do you have any tips to have these companies agree to pay more. I currently am at $21.52/hr. And I want to ask for minimum of $22/$23.
