Hello community, have you ever bought anything from LoobedSwitches?

I pre-ordered a set of Yakult keycaps through store website, and it's been half a year and I haven't received it yet, I always get uncertain messages and shipping promises and finally NO REPLY VIA MESSAGES on Discord, no email response even though they said only send emails. I don't understand.

I was so depressed because of the money I spent to get this keycaps set and not knowing where my package is now. In my country when exchanging money to US dollars the money is very expensive, I expected a lot and got this disappointment. This makes me more afraid of shopping online and getting scammed.

I also don't know why customers like us get hopeless and have to wait so long for a response, we buy but have to beg them to ship and reply.
