Does anyone know the reason why the first movie is never easily accessible to stream??

Like how the scorch trials was on max and the death cure was on Hulu for a while but then the maze runner was only available for purchase on prime...like how does that make sense😭 and does anyone know why the trilogy is never together? what's the reason why they're spread across streaming services
